Sporting Cristal comienza a quedarse en el Torneo Clausura de la Liga 1 2025 al resignar un magro empate a cero con Alianza Atlético, en partido jugado este miércoles en el estadio Alberto Gallardo, válido por la novena fecha.
El conjunto celeste no aprovechó que Universitario descansó en esta fecha por lo que no podrá alcanzarlo en la punta porque hoy perdió el paso al sumar un empate con sabor a derrota en su feudo.
Aunque pueda sonar a poco creíble, Alianza Atlético fue el equipo que estuvo más cerca de abrir el marcador en varias oportunidades luego de que sus jugadores Stefano Fernández y Hernán Lupu hicieron estrellar hasta en tres ocasiones en el parante del arco defendido por Diego Enriquez.
Sporting Cristal apenas asomó con peligro al área de los sullanenses, como el cabezazo del argentino Nicolás Pasquini, quien intento hacer jugar a sus compañeros.
En el segundo tiempo, los dueños de casa cambiaron de chip y se adueñaron del juego, pero carecieron de tranquilidad para hacer daño en los metros finales a los norteños. Ante ello, los de Alianza Atlético se reagruparon y trabajaron bien en defensa para jugar con la angustia de los celestes.
A pesar que el técnico Paulo Autuori mandó a toda su artillería ofensiva a la cancha (Felipe Vizeu, Fernando Pacheco y Cristian Benavente), pero el gol nunca llegó y se quedó con un punto sabor a nada.
Con este magro resultado, Sporting Cristal llegó a los 15 puntos y parece alejarse de la posibilidad de ganar el Torneo Clausura, la única vía para intentar ganar la Liga 1 2025.
