Pocas semanas distancian al streamer español Ibai Llanos del auténtico pan con chicharrón peruano. El creador del “Mundial de Desayunos”, que remeció las redes sociales en buena parte de Sudamérica, anunció su próximo arribo al Perú en noviembre con la finalidad de conocer diversos destinos turísticos y probar la gastronomía local.
Durante su visita, el creador de contenidos tiene planeado recorrer Lima, Machu Picchu (Cusco), las Líneas de Nasca (Ica) y la Ciudad Blanca de Arequipa, según dijo en un video publicado en sus redes sociales, en el que recordó el gran apoyo que recibió del Perú por el concurso que consagró al pan con chicharrón como el mejor desayuno del mundo.
Aunque Llanos dijo conocer de la reconocida calidad de la comida peruana, representada a nivel mundial por restaurantes como “Central” y “Maido”, también pidió a sus seguidores consejos para probar el clásico desayuno dominical de los peruanos. A continuación, una pequeña selección que no hará justicia ante la variada oferta que existe en la capital peruana:
El Chinito: Caracterizado por exquisitas delicias como el pan con chicharrón, costillas de res, pavito asado, y otras opciones de carne al peso y chifa. El icónico primer local del restaurante está ubicado en el Centro Histórico de Lima.
Kio Chicharronería: El sánguche de chicharrón es la especialidad de este restaurante que deleita a sus comensales con generosas porciones de su emblemático potaje. Acompáñelo con un infaltable jugo fresco de frutas.
Chicharrones del Inca: El pan con chicharrón reina en la carta de sus seis locales. Sus presentaciones, individuales o para compartir, son un deleite no solo para el paladar, sino también para los ojos.
La Lucha: La sanguchería nacida en Miraflores cuenta con una de las ofertas más codiciadas del clásico desayuno limeño, con zarza criolla y, por supuesto, camote frito. Los fans del local recomiendan probarlo con chicha morada o café.
El Porkys: A 30 minutos de Lima, Ibai Llanos puede encontrarse con un emblemático representante de la sazón de Lurín; el restaurante Porkys que ofrece chicharrones crujientes, sabores únicos y precios irresistibles.
